Sign Riders will help you get property information directly in front of drive by buyers (and the neighbors!).
QR Codes and clear messages tell Buyers how to get property information on their mobile. They can listen to a recorded message, or receive property information by SMS text or even view a mobile property site.
To Get a Sign Rider
When a property site is ON, you will find the options to get a Sign Rider on the EDIT + PROMOTE page for that property. The Sign Rider can be set up with any or all of the following:
- QR code
- 1-800 recorded information hotline (needs the Enhanced Lead Capture – ELC – Service)
- Property Address URL or domain name
- Custom Message
If you want to use Riders again, then just use the EXTENSION number. Then when you are ready, you can re-assign the Extension Number to a new property and re-use the sign rider.
