Getting Loan Officers & Agents on Board

With the MoreLoans4U Marketing system, the first thing you want to do after you have setup your personal branding is to get your Loan Officers and Agents on board! You can add more later, but now we want to get started with one.

As we go through the following steps bear the following in mind!

• As a Loan Officer (even if you are the Account Master i.e. this is your account) – always keep yourself as “profile type = Sponsor”
• Every person who uses the system will be set up with a Profile, which contains their personal details
• Set up Loan Officers as “Sponsors”, and setup Agents as “Representing Listings”
• When you setup Agents, they should also be set to be “working with” a specific Loan Officer (Sponsor)
• Company details (logo etc) are setup in a separate Office Profile

When you set up an Agent profile, one thing you’ll do is establish relationship with the sponsor (YOU!), so that your details are automatically populated on each website. Once you set them up, you’ll never have to do it again.

NOTE: If you are not the Master User / Account owner, then as you set up Agents they will be automatically set to be “working with you”!

1. Click on My Account in the top navigation bar.
2. Click on “Member / User Profiles”
3. Click the green “Add New Agent [or FSBO]” button
4. Pick the Agent you are working with. If the Office Profile doesn’t exist yet – don’t worry – complete the Agent Profile, then set up an Office Profile and then return and update the Agent Profile.
5. Fill out the top 2 sections (Profile Information and Contact Details) and let agent fill out their own info when they log in.
