There’s absolutely nothing for you to do! It all happens automatically as soon as you or your Agents turn ON a listing site. Each of your Agent’s listings will be syndicated to the appropriate partner sites across the web.

For example, Residential Real Estate may be treated differently from Commercial Real Estate or Vacation rental Property, but the marketing system ensures that each property type goes to the correct syndicated websites. For most of our customers, Realtor.com is included, but if you do not have that in your account, it is simply an extra $24 to cover their fees.
