As a Loan Officer, you know that Agents hold the key to the market. How do you convince them that this is an excellent system with great value? As an added benefit to using our marketing system, we have provided you with the tools to successfully sell yourself to Agents.

If you navigate to the “How To” tab at the top of your system dashboard, you will find the Agent Powerpoint presentation and the Getting Started Guide for Agents under the “Help for Loan Officers” section on the right.

The Agent Presentation Powerpoint (also available in PDF) is a visually appealing presentation that you show to Agents. It summarizes the ways you will help them win listings and points out the benefits you will provide to them. This is the main weapon in your arsenal to getting Agents to sign up.

If you look under the General Marketing Materials column you will find the Agent Listing Presentation to Give to Sellers. This is a downloadable file (available in both Powerpoint and PDF formats) that you can provide to Agents which they can then present to sellers to help them win listings.

Agent Flyer Preview

The Agent Marketing Flyer to Give to Sellers (pictured here) is a downloadable PDF file that you can give to Agents to further help them with winning listings. They can be customized with the Agents picture, logo, and contact information. You can also download an editable version in case you want to add or edit the pre-populated content.

These are great tools that you can show to Agents to demonstrate the added benefits you will provide to them.
