You can add more later, but now we want to get started with one.<\/p>\n<p>As we go through the following steps bear the following in mind!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As a Loan Officer (even if you are the Account Master i.e. this is your account) &#8211; always keep yourself as &#8220;profile type = Sponsor&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Every person who uses the system will be set up with a Profile, which contains their personal details<\/li>\n<li>Set up Loan Officers as &#8220;Sponsors&#8221;, and setup Agents as &#8220;Representing Listings&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>When you setup Agents, they should also be set to be &#8220;working with&#8221; a specific Loan Officer (Sponsor)<\/li>\n<li>Company details (logo etc) are setup in a separate Office Profile<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>When you set up an Agent profile, one thing you\u2019ll do is establish relationship with the sponsor (YOU!), so that your details are automatically populated on each website. Once you set them up, you\u2019ll never have to do it again.<\/p>\n<p><strong>NOTE<\/strong>: If you are <strong>not<\/strong> the Master User \/ Account owner, then as you set up Agents they will be automatically set to be &#8220;working with you&#8221;!<\/p>\n<p><strong>To set up an agent, take the following steps:<\/strong><\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_217\" style=\"width: 270px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a class=\"lbpModal\" title=\"Setting up Agents and FSBOs | Mortgage Marketing\" href=\"http:\/\/www.singlepropertysites.com\/backend\/class.php?class=502\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-217\" class=\"wp-image-217 \" style=\"margin-left: 5px; margin-right: 5px;\" title=\"Setup Agents and FSBOs\" src=\"https:\/\/www.moreloans4u.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/Setup-Agents-and-FSBOs-VIDEO.png\" alt=\"Setup Agents and FSBOs | Mortgage Marketing\" width=\"260\" height=\"210\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-217\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">See how to add Agents!<\/p><\/div>\n<ol>\n<li>Click on My Account in the top navigation bar.<\/li>\n<li>Click on \u201cMember \/ User Profiles\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Click the green \u201cAdd New Agent [or FSBO]\u201d button<\/li>\n<li>Pick the Agent you are working with.
